All rooms have private baths; linen, towels and soap are included.
MEETING ROOMS:
(Rooms # 1, 2, 3 & 4)
$7.00/Person/Day with $75.00 Minimum for Rooms 1, 3, & 4 and $150.00 Minimum for Room 2.
- Meeting Room Fee includes coffee, tea, and ice water
   in dining room.
- Group can bring and place snacks for breaks in dining
   room.
DINING AREA:
$200.00/Day (Applies if this area is reserved for the
exclusive use of a group.)
CHAPEL:
$200.00/Day (Applies if chapel is reserved for exclusive use of a group.)
MEALS:
Breakfast   =  $6.50/person
Lunch         =  $11.00/person
Supper       =  $8.50/person
Snacks       =  $5.00/person
EQUIPMENT: TV/VCR                         =  $20.00/day
Overhead Projector    =  $10.00/day
Microphone                  =  $5.00/day
Flip Chart & Stand      =  $10.00/day
White Board & Stand  =  $5.00/day
Computer Projector    =  $150.00/day

This is a Non-Smoking facility.
All designated smoking areas are outside.

 

FEE SCHEDULE FOR WEDDINGS

1. THE WEDDING = $500.00
       INCLUDES:
             A.  Chapel:  1.5 hours - day before wedding for rehearsal
               B.  Chapel:  4 hours - day of wedding for set up, ceremony, take down &
                                                      clean up (all in a single block of time)
               C.  Groom's Room:  day of wedding (same block of time as chapel)
               D.  Bride's Room:  day of wedding (same block of time as chapel)

2.  RECEPTIONS
   
 A.  You Cater:  $350.00 for Dining Room = 4 hours day of wedding
           
Would not have to be same block of time as chapel,
                NO kitchen facilities can be used,
                Caterer provides all plates and utensils

    B.  We Furnish Food:
          
1.  Reception without meal:  $15.00/person (15 person minimum), 
                     - includes sheet cake, finger foods, punch, tea, coffee
              2.  Reception with meal
                         a.  Cafeteria Style:  $15.00 to $??.00 / person based on menu chosen
                                (15 person minimum)
                         b.  Buffet Style:  $20.00 to $??.00 / person based on menu chosen
                                (15 person minimum)
                         c.  Sit Down Style:  $30.00 to $??.00 / person based on menu chosen
